Our Solution

The reported installation uses double-deep pallet racking. In this configuration, pallets are stored two deep from the aisle. An occupied front position restricts direct access to the pallet behind it, so the front pallet must be moved before retrieving the rear pallet. Confirm the reach capability, load rating and clearances of the handling equipment for the proposed configuration.

Planning a Similar Warehouse

  • Pallet Positions: Compare usable positions in the proposed layout, including the front and rear locations and required access aisles.
  • Rear-Pallet Access: Allow for moving an occupied front pallet before retrieving the pallet behind it.
