Returning your item/s – in four simple steps

Step One:

Contact HYPERACK Customer Care team advising of the issue and desired resolution

  • To make things easier have your order number and payment details at the ready 

Step Two:

Prepare your item/s for return

  • If packaged in boxes ensure they are secure and ready for collection
  • If on a pallet ensure item/s is fully covered and nothing is exposed

Step Three:

Return your goods

  • Send the goods back to us within 30 days of receiving the order

Step Four

Processing your returned goods

  • We will aim to refund or exchange the goods within 14 Days of the return being received


Returned goods are liable for a 20% handling and repackaging charge if the order is not returned in its original, unopened packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned goods
